DAY 1. ARRIVE COSTA RICA
Our representative will greet you upon arrival and transfer you to Hotel Occidental Torremolinos for overnight stay.
DAY 2. BOSQUE DE PAZ PARK
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast before the scenic two-hour drive to Bosque de Paz Park Our walking tour of this magnificent forest will clear your mind. Trails winding through this tropical forest reveal innumerable species of plants, flowers, and exotic birds. In the distance you can hear the cries of coyotes and the calls of howler monkeys. Enjoy a delicious typical lunch at Bosque de Paz. Overnight at the cozy Hotel Bosque de Paz.(B,L,D)
DAY 3. ARENAL VOLCANO
Morning at leisure to enjoy the amazing view or walk in the Cloud Forest. This afternoon drive to the Arenal Volcano area at the Hotel Arenal Paraiso with it's perfect view of the active volcano.(B)
DAY 4. CANO NEGRO WILDLIFE REFUGE
Today tour Caņo Negro Wildlife Refuge located in Los Chiles. Caņo Negro consists of an 800 hectares lake and over 9.000 hectares of tropical humid forest. Great biological diversity is demonstrated by the many species found that are not found in other part of the country. This refuge attracts scientists, students, birdwatchers and nature lovers. Overnight Hotel Arenal Paraiso.(B.L.)
DAY 5. TAMARINDO BEACH on the Pacific Ocean
Depart via shuttle bus to Tamarindo Beach. Check in at Hotel Jardin del Eden for a three night beach stay.(B)
DAY 6. TAMARINDO BEACH on the Pacific Ocean
Day at leisure to enjoy the beach or to enjoy optional tours such as: Palo Verde National Park, Extravaganza, Los Inocentes Horseback Riding, Buena Vista Hot Springs, Canopy, and more. Overnight Hotel Jardin del Eden.(B)
DAY 7. TAMARINDO BEACH on the Pacific Ocean
Day at leisure to enjoy the beach or enjoy optional tours. Overnight Hotel Jardin del Eden.(B)
DAY 8. SAN JOSE
Check-out for return to San Jose via shuttle bus service. Overnight at Occidental Torremolinos Hotel.(B)
DAY 9. DEPARTURE
Transfer to the International Airport.
